Strategic Analyses - Council Tax Direct Debit, Single Person Discount and Benefits Take Up

The Isle of Wight Council is committed to optimising its business processes for dealing with public finances, including Council Tax Payments.  Not all of IWC Council Tax payments are made using direct debit.  This analysis attempts to identify the kinds of Council Tax payers who are not currently paying by direct debit, in order to mount a communications campaign to try and increase uptake of direct debit for payment.

Similary, IWC seeks to encourage take up of single person discounts and council tax benefits.
